He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Chukinas and Edward Chukinas Jr. (Plains); his grandchildren, Bradley (Lisa) and Megan Leva (Daniel) of Roxbury, NJ; and his great grandchildren, Carson Leva and Hallie Leva of Roxbury, NJ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
