She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Lewis and Agnes Coutts Lewis; her son Raymond M. DaSilva (U. S. Marine Corps); and her siblings, Elizabeth "Bette" Sentigar, Leona Lewis, Andrew Lewis (Rose), Thomas Lewis, Bryce Lewis and Gerald Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara DaSilva, Arthur Martin (Suz), Charles Martin (Nance) and Thomas Cosloskey (Jamie); her grandchildren, Erika Nordheim (Scott), Jessica Martin and Brandon Cosloskey; and her sister-in-law Helen Lewis.
