She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawerance Morgan and Muriel Morgan (Passmore); her husband Franklin C. "Frank" Hoover; her son Brian D. Hoover; and her siblings-in-law, Terry Carlson and Patty O'Harrow.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Britany Lynn; her great grandchild Isabella Rae; her sister Susan Carlson of Las Vegas; her cousin Mary White; and her friend Wendy Perry.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adamson Funeral Chapel (1312 Chestnut Ave, DuBois, PA 15801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
