She was predeceased by: her parent Dessie Engle. She is survived by: her parent Florence Engle; her husband Don Smith; her children, Kent Smith (Linda) of Luthersburg and Heather Stanko (Greg) of Saegertown; her siblings, Linda Bohlman of Reynoldsville and Gary Lamb (Gina) of DuBois; and her grandchildren, David, Connor, Ian Smith, Carissa Stanko and Danielle Stanko.

Memorial donations may be made to Hahne Regional Cancer Center in DuBois.
