He was predeceased by: his parents, Otmer F. Stouffer and Anna Pearl Coleman Stouffer; his daughter Ronda J. Perry; his grandson Jason S. Lightner; and his siblings, Lloyd, Lester, Donald, Fred Stouffer, Grace Jones, Peg Boyd and Esther Diehl.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Romaine Carroll Stouffer; his daughters, Debra D. Stover (Tom), Glenda R. Lightner and Bridget R. Stouffer of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Angela R. Turpin (Kolby) of Castle Rock, CO, Melissa S. Varner (Keith), Tiffany M. Guyer (Jason) and Adam Hoch; and his sister Judy Wilson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
