She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin "Smokey" Carroll, and Catherine Cramer Carroll, Sr.; her husband Roy Glen Stouffer; her daughter Ronda Perry; her grandson Jason Lightner; and her siblings, Marlin Carroll, Jr. and Anna Ott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra D. Stover (Tom), Glenda R. Lightner and Bridget R. Stouffer of Orlando, FL.; her grandchildren, Angela R. Turpin (Kolby) of Castle Rock, CO, Melissa S. Varner (Keith), Tiffany M. Guyer and Adam Hoch; and her siblings, Robert (Revale), Elmira "Sissy" Starliper, Patsy Myers, Cassie Heberlig and Linda Myers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc. (112 W King St, Shippensburg, PA 17257). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
