She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burkley and Betty Burkley (Aukerman); her husband Thomas F. Zack; and her brother Thomas Burkley. She is survived by: her brother Gary Burkley (Marge) of Indiana; and her friends, Beverly Johnston and Barb Marsh. She is also survived by wife and children.
