Eleanor Zofchak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Zofchak of Lucernemines, Pennsylvania, born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Adair and Ellen Adair (Chappell); her son Terry Zofchak; her siblings, Robert, William John, Sarah Bellman and Dorthy Woods; and the father of her children Thomas Zofchak.
She is survived by: her daughter Thomasen Bennett; and her grandchildren, Tamara Zofchak, Jacob and Ian Bennett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
