He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Lowe (Kiner) of Loysville; his children, Alexus Buch of Harrisburg, Damon Buch of Thompsontown, Troy J Lowe, Jr. of Allentown and Nicole Perez of Allentown; his grandchildren, Jahari, Kendall, Rylee, Nyalissa, Matteo, Arya, Ganess, Noah and Gabriel; and his brothers, Thomas of Elliottsburg and Charles "Chuck" Lowe of Elliottsburg.
