With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Milligan (Loysville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 4, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Van B. Milligan and Jean Ernest Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Emlet Milligan; and his daughters, Melanie Matthews (Mark) of West Chester, Melinda Williams (Ted) of New Bloomfield and Michele Eshenour (Jon) of Elliottsburg.
The size of the sanctuary allows for ample social distancing.
