He is survived by: his wife Lisa A Forney (Reigel); his children, Tashina Horne (Christopher) of Lancaster and Robert Forney of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Hope, Faith, Justin and Joy; his siblings, Shirley Miller of Middletown, MD and John Forney of Duncannon; and his brother-in-law Lester Reigel of Carlisle.
