She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper O. Shearer and Mary Grace Shearer (McDonald); her spouse Clair A. Smith, Sr.; and her brother Charles Shearer. She is survived by: her son Clair A. Smith, Jr. (Meredith) of Fairport, NY; and her grandchildren, Kendall Smith and Ronan Smith.
