He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lantz and Mary Smoker Lantz; his wife Sadie King Lantz; his sister Naomi Stoltzfus; his daughter Anna Mary Lantz; and his son-in-law Reuben King.
He is survived by: his children, Amos (Linda Ann Stoltzfus), Esther M. King, Levi, Jr. (Tammy Sweigart Lantz), Martha (Melvin Beiler), Linda (Daniel Zook) and Susan (Steven Yoder). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.
