He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Barclay and Martha Barclay (Graff); his wife Lois Barclay (Lyons); and his siblings, Freda Vaccaro, Wanda Wilt, Shirley Hollenbaugh, Marie Mohler and Donald Barclay.

He is survived by: his daughter Karen Barclay.
