She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Zimmerman and Ida Zimmerman (Scheid); her husband Donald S. Smith, Sr.; her son Donald S. Smith, Jr.; her grandson Jason Smith; and her siblings, Betty Jackson (Dolly) and Charles Zimmerman, Jr. (Buzz).
She is survived by: her children, Randy L. Smith, Cathy L. Smith-Singleton, Julie L. Reeder and Daniel S. Smith; her siblings, Arlene, John and Eddie; and her grandchildren, Randy Lee Smith, Jr., Benjamin Smith, Clark Smith, Mandy Jo Camacho, Jessica Blosser, Justin Conrad, Brandon Smith, Travis Mutzabaugh, Christopher Reeder, Courtney Shade, Michael Shade and Amber Shade. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandson; nieces and nephews.
