He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E. Casner and Tessie T. Casner (Bryner); his wife Mabel J. Casner (Barnes); his granddaughter Katie J. Thomas; and his siblings, Edward B. Casner, Edna Zendt, Bessie Schell, Lottie Turbett, Jennie Shearer and Beulah Swartz.
He is survived by: his children, Harold R. Casner (Beverly), Ronald L. Casner (Annamarie), Betty J. Thomas (Kenneth) of Loysville and Sandra K. Schumacher of Loysville; his grandchildren, David L. Casner (Jayme), Dennis Casner (Andrea Carbaugh), Daniel Casner, Joshua Casner (Erin Jones), Andrew Thomas (Krista), Megan Fry (Benjamin) and John Schumacher (Lizhen); and his great grandchildren, Tarryn, Katelyn Casner, Isabell, Adelina Casner, Archer Thomas, Owen Casner and Hannah Schumacher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
