He is survived by: his parents, Dennis G. Smith Sr. of Blain and B. Lorene Morrow (Rockwell) of Loysville; his son Dakota S. Smith of Loysville; his friend Traci Reisinger of Blain; and his siblings, Devin G. Smith (Jill) of Loysville, Loren D. Smith of Blain and Lorissa D. Delaney (Mark) of Wellsville. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
