He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Dale and Esther Hazel Collins (Harris) of Loysville. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Collins (Bolze); his daughters, Barbara C. Miller (Michael) and Kathy A. Metz (Thomas) of Duncannon; his grandchildren, Taryn N. and Brady M. Evans; his stepgrandchildren, Jordan (Katelyn), Elise, Albert, Sarah (Isaac), Caleb and Jacob (Judith); and his sister Kay E. Range (William) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
