He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Harvey and Doris Bell Welsh (Grasser); his children, Shanda Kaye Sable (Douglas) and Tyler Adam Welsh (April Zelanko); and his siblings, George Welsh (Diana), Jesse Welsh (Patty), Karen Clevenstine (Steve) and Wannetta Welsh (Mark Crooks). He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
