She was predeceased by: her husband Charles I. Bower; her parents, Berthold J. Stopper and Theresa Stopper (Towner); and her brother John Stopper. She is survived by: her siblings, Christian Charity Theresa Bower of Mendham, NJ, Chris Hassler of Williamsport, Charlene Travis of Delmar, DE, Lisa Dincher (Leonard) of Cogan Station and Linda Utter of Loyalsock; her grandchildren, Jaime Harzinski, Jared Goldy (Jen), Nathan Utter (Kelsey), Leah Tokay (Aaron), Chris Utter (Dana), Brenden Utter (Jess), Jordan Utter (Megan), Celeste Hohman (Jon), Brion Hassler, Marley MacDonald (Christopher), Lenny Dincher (Jennifer), Jeremy Dincher (Candice) and Katrina Erb (Derrick); and her sister Cora Kozen of Williamsport. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
