He was predeceased by: his wife Jean K. Bastress (Kelly); his parent Paul L.; and his sister Mildred M. Bastress. He is survived by: his parent Alma J. Bastress (Grove); his children, Rebecca S. Underwood (Norman) of Bloomfield, N. Y., Robert G. Bastress Jr. of Modesto, Barry K. and Brian S. Bastress; and his grandchildren, Robert Bastress (Stacey), Amy Green (Thomas), Cortney Underwood, Lindsay Dadic-Underwood (Christine), Heather Cerny (Adam), Madison Bastress and Samantha Bastress.
