He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Steinbacher and Margaret Steinbacher (Bertin); his son Victor Jason Steinbacher; his brothers, Leonard, Thomas and Donald Steinbacher; and his sister-in-law Karen Steinbacher.
He is survived by: his wife Silvia Steinbacher (Alvarado); his children, Jolinda Babcock and Cielo Jo Steinbacher; and his siblings, Bernard Steinbacher (Anna), Michael Steinbacher (Bernadette), David Steinbacher and Sandra Steinbacher.
