She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bestor and Mabel Bestor (Crase); her husband Richard E. Deffaa; and her brother Richard Bestor. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna D. Libby of Montoursville and Linda D. Confer (John M.) of Loyalsock Township; her grandchildren, Kim Dempsey (Scott), Kurt Libby (Blythe), J. R. Confer (Patty) and Jill L. Confer; and her great grandchildren, Brennen Baier, Mason Dempsey, Tobyn, Jax Libby, Jack and Hannah Confer.
