He is survived by: his wife Dawn L. Moxinchalk (Kollar) of Loyalhanna; his daughter Melissa D. Bridge (Jason) of Blairsville; his grandchildren, Autumn and Easton Bridge; his siblings, Patrick M. Moxinchalk of Latrobe, Linda Moxinchalk of Latrobe and Carol Hester (Robert) of Derry; his mother-in-law Kay Kollar of Latrobe; and his brother-in-law Dennis R. Kollar of Latrobe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
