He is survived by: his significant other Ruby Simlick; his daughters, Mary Ann Wallace and Pauline Steininger (Timothy Lewis) of Greensburg; his stepsons, Thomas Lewis (Debbie) of Loyalhanna Township and Fred Lewis of Oveido, FL; and his grandchildren, Derrick, Alicia, Jordan, Justin, Paul and Bobby. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
