He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bart and Margaret Newmeyer Bart (Zacur). He is survived by: his fiancée Mollie Johansen; his son Barton A. Newmeyer; his siblings, Barbara N. Kovacs, Bruce Newmeyer (Marian) and Beverly N. Brant; and his pet Moody. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
