He was predeceased by: his father Thomas M. Sultzaberger, Sr.; and his granddaughter Skylar Hulstine. He is survived by: his mother Barbara L. Beistline Sultzaberger; his wife Juanita Martinez Sultzaberger; his children, William T. Sultzaberger (Jessica) of Mt. Joy, Kyle M. Sultzaberger (Nichole) of Susquehanna Twp and Danielle L. Hulstine (Jeremy) of Hummelstown; his brothers, Michael Sultzaberger of Arizona and Steven Sultzaberger of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Evanee, Leland, William, Jr., Kylah, Kassidy and Adelina.
