Napiltonia, Phyllis Swartz and Lee Swartz; his aunts and uncles, Cyndi, Ron Walters, Bob Hiner, Yvonne, John Patrilak of Dunedin, FL, Denny, Robin Napiltonia, Sandy Fornwalt, Rick, Leitha Roundtree, DC of Washington and Jan Napiltonia of Melbourne, FL; and his cousins, Nick, Courtney, Gianna Napiltonia, Madalyn, Tyler Herr, Zach Hiner and Josh Patrilak.
He is survived by: his close friends, Avery, Austin, Travis and Luke; his parents, Stacey Swartz and Bonnie Hiner Swartz; and his grandparents, Robert and Donna Hiner.
