He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Frank Hoffer; his children, Charles Hoffer, Jr. (Molly), Linda Mehaffie (Tom) and Dyanne Smith (Chris); his grandchildren, Abbey Hoffer (Paul Wilson) and Allison Repp (Jesse); his children, Nathan Smith (Brianna), Sam Smith (Leah), Melissa Grady and Ryan Grady (Jodi Myers); and his great grandchildren, Macie Repp, Benjamin Smith, Leighton Smith, Caden Grady and McKenzie Grady.
