He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Snover and Florence Snover (Duncan); his siblings, Robert, Paul, Helen Jane and Sara Jane; his niece Sandra; and his daughter-in-law Margie.
He is survived by: his sister Thirzah Reichart of Harrisburg, PA; his sons, William (Jeanine), Steven Leesburg (Maxine) and Scott of Ocean View, NJ.; his grandchildren, Amy, David, Stephanie, Traci and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Eric, Alexis, Allison, Jacob, Benjamin, Ryan, Ashley and Brooklyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
