He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel W. Looker, Jr. and Ellen R. Looker (Dougherty); and his former wife Lynda G. Looker (McCann). He is survived by: his wife Cecile M. Kelly Looker (Lutze); his daughter Samantha D. Hilfiker (Mark A. Hilfiker); his grandson Samuel H. Hilfiker; his stepsons, Robert W. Kelly and Kristoffer C. Kelly (Casilda Luciano); his stepgrandson Bryce D. Kelly; and his cousin Richard Dougherty of Flowery Branch, GA..
