Marshall-Singh (Lower Paxton, Pennsylvania), born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 27, on September 7, 2019. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Marshall and Susan Marshall (Caballero) of Harrisburg; her siblings, Heather G. Wilson of Chandler, AZ, Scott A. Marshall of Tucson, AZ and Daniel A. Marshall of Bay Ridge; and her pets, Bailey and Tigger. She is also survived by her husband and parents.
