He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon R. Miller and Frances M. Miller (Gardner). He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his children, Jeffrey Brian Miller (Andrea) of San Diego, CA and Elizabeth M. Reich (Gregory) of Ellicott City, MD; and his grandchildren, Rachael Gilbilterra (Virgil), Allyson Miller and Cole Reich.
