He was predeceased by: his parent Gene Lins; and his stepfather Kenneth Lebo. He is survived by: his mother Merle Lins Lebo (Carl) of Harrisburg; his wife Deborah (Stouffer); his daughter Sadie M. Lins (D. J. Moore); and his grandchildren, Abby and Addis Moore.
