He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron S. Lowe and Dorothy Lowe (Gridley); and his sisters, Connie Appleby and Debbie Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Doris A. Lowe; and his sons, Michael Lowe (Mitzi) of Harrisburg, Eric Lowe (Belinda) of Harrisburg and Greg Lowe (Ashley) of Harrisburg.
