She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis E. Perez and Anna Luz Medina. She is survived by: her daughters, Rose Marie Perez of Carteret, NJ., Sara Lugo of Woodbridge, NJ and Raquel Lugo of Steelton, PA; her sisters, Janette Rosado (Leonardo Rosado), Harrrisburg and Lusselenia Lopez (late Jack Lopez) of Perth Amboy, NJ; and her grandchildren, Jorge M. Agosto of Carteret, NJ, Jaylen M. Agosto of Carteret, NJ and Nalana S. Valdez of Steelton, PA.

There will be no services for Elizabeth but the family is requesting that all memorial contributions be sent to GoFundMe.com/RaquelLugo to help with funeral expenses.
