He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Christian Denton Ullom and Edith T. Ullom (Tilton); his daughter Liane C. Ullom; and his brother Cecil Christian Denton Ullom, II. He is survived by: his son R. Garth Ullom (Maria Fahey) of Harrisburg; his granddaughter Liane G. Ullom; and his brother David Ullom (Yvette).
