The memory of Doris C. Schory of Lower Paxton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley McGee and Grace McGee (Leibold); her daughter Karen Schory; her siblings, Stanley McGee, Jr. and June Berkebile; and her close friend Bill Houck.
She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Schory, Jr.; her children, Steven C. Schory (Helen) of Shillington, Mark S. Schory (Debra) of Fayetteville and Deborah M. Tsiris (Johnny) of Indiana; and her grandchildren, Brandon Schory, Dana Gevedon (Dove), Kiera Schory and Carissa Tsiris (Justin Chesney). She is also survived by numerous family members, church community, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the W. Orville Kimmel Funeral Home, Inc. (2001 Market St, Harrisburg, PA 17103). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
