He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeanne Hanmer (Brenize) and Glace E. Hanmer; his wife Ange Hanmer (Mayberry); his sons, Luke E. Hanmer (Ashley) of Harrisburg and Samuel W. Hanmer (Carley Rambler) of Mount Joy; and his brother Darrel (Gina) of York Springs.
