She was predeceased by: her parents, John N. Walmer and Marian K. Walmer (Koons). She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Gardner; her daughters, Jennifer L. Adams and Julie B. Marsh of Harrisburg; her sisters, Beverly A. Wyld (Byron), Barbara E. Miller and Bambi L. Deimler; her grandchildren, Kristyn Adams, Luke Adams and Nathan Gardner; her great grandchild Ayden Shoults; and her pet Archie.
