He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Erni. He is survived by: his parent Jean Erni (Roba); his children-in-law, Kimberly Campaignio (Michael) of Lower Makefield and Jeffrey Erni (Susan) of Kennett Square, PA; his brother-in-law Patty Richey (Tom) of Upper Makefield, PA; his friend Mary Jean Treon; and also, Richard and Jennifer Erni of Ardmore, PA. He is also survived by four grandsons; and several nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.
