She was predeceased by: her husband Edward P. Rush, Sr.; her parents, James V. McBrien and Grace McBrien; her parents-in-law, William and Helen Rush; and her siblings-in-law, William Rush and Joanne McBrien.

She is survived by: her children, Bridget Schmidt (Howard), Edward P. Rush Jr. (Kathleen), Brian Rush (Sue) and Shawn Rush (Jamee); her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Patrick, Emily, Tara, Elizabeth, Lauren and Charlie; and her siblings, Virgina Minehart (Jeff), Jim McBrien (Sue), Mary Farrington (Joe), Pete McBrien, Colleen Muehleisen (Bill), Terry McBrien (Karl Olschefski) and Beth Puglia (Luigi).
