He was predeceased by: his parents, Johann Gallik and Barbara Gallik; his daughter Anna Decher; and his brothers, Jakob and Adam Gallik (Helen).
He is survived by: his wife Eva Gallik (Bahnweg); his daughter Kathy; his sons-in-law, Mark Falcone and Manfred Decher; his grandchildren, Michael Decher (Kim), Diana Decher, Teresa Harris (Jason), Erika Priori (Adam), Maria Wimmers (Eric), John Falcone (Christine) and Christina Kauffman (Matt); his great grandchildren, Rebeka, Melissa, Ellie, Timmy, Coulton, Matthew, Luca, Luciana, Stella, Julia, Gabriel, Morgan, Anthony, Colette, Olivia, Scarlett, Austin and Daniel; his sister Margaret Forberger (Dieter); and his sister-in-law Hilde Gallik. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shriner Hospital for Children, in John's memory, to 3551 N. Broad St. in Philadelphia, PA 19140.
