He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth MacKenzie of Oregon, WI; his children, Holly Miller of Alexandria, VA and Craig Blumenthal (Lisa) of Wauwatosa, WI.; his grandchildren, Abby and Jack; his brother Rick; and his brother-in-law John MacKenzie.
