He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Hankins and Arleta Inman Hankins. He is survived by: his wife Marylin Renick Hankins; his son David E.; his daughter-in-law Patti Hankins of Lower Makefield; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Joseph Tentilucci, Jr. of Newtown, PA; and his grandchildren, Matthew (Sarah), Michael, Christina Tentilucci, Ryan and Jason Hankins.
