He is survived by: his parents, Bruce D. Behounek and Diane Gracie Behounek; his brother Matthew Behounek of Monroe Township, NJ; his sister-in-law Danielle Behounek of Monroe Township, NJ; his nephew Mason Behounek; his grandmother Jean Gracie of Cumberland, MD; his uncles, Linda Merrill, Rick Merrill, Brett Behounek, JoAnn Behounek, Brian Behounek and Barb Behounek; and also Lower Makefield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
