He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Lee Mayhew and Irene Kreis Mayhew. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mayhew of Yardley; his son Scott (Jill); his grandchildren, Emily, Andrew and Ryan Mayhew of Perkasie; his daughter Melissa Mayhew; his grandchild Niamh Mayhew of Irvine, CA; his stepdaughter Kristi Evans (Mike Miller) of Newtown; his stepgrandchildren, John Evans of Yardley and Julie Evans of Morrisville; his stepdaughter Jamie Callahan (Bob); his stepgrandchildren, Leah, Sam Callahan of Yardley and Laine Mann of Yardley; and his son Ross.
A celebration of life will be scheduled by the family at a later date due to the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, Arthur had requested that memorial contributions be sent to Vita Education Services, 8 East Court St., Doylestown, PA 18901, or a charity of your choice.
