She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Hubbard and Winifred Hubbard; her husband Daniel F. Gillespie; her children, Thomas F. Gillespie, Winnie Backlund (Larry) and Anne Gillespie-Manfredi (Tony); her grandchildren, Danny, Winnie, Diane, Erik and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Maureen, Kellan, Kenzie, Parker, Sawyer, Laci, Stacey and Nichole; and her great great grandchild Maureen. She was also cherished by 4 nephews, 4 nieces.
