With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane S. Dalton of Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sunderland and Catherine Sunderland (Simon). She is survived by: her pets, Rascal, Morgan and Luna; her friend Anne Marie; her husband Steve; her children, Lauren Rafter (Tim) of Collegeville, PA and Andrew of Ambler, PA; her grandsons, Ryan and Conner Rafter; her sister Kathy Wilson; and her nephews, Todd and Stephen Wilson.
