It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Steen (Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Steen and Freda Steen (Reissner); and his daughter Barbara Thomas. He is survived by: his spouse Idella Steen (Mitchell); his daughters, Susan Baumann (Curt) of Monroeville and Sandra Moroney (Brian); his son-in-law Steve Thomas of Michigan; his grandchildren, Erika, Erin and Justin; and his siblings, Hans Steen (Donna) of New York and Frieda Carnahan of California. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
